Comprehensive Care at Home
The ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Children’s Center for Advanced Care at Home is designed for kids who require additional support as they transition from the hospital to home. To ensure this transition is as seamless as possible, our pediatric professionals provide you and your child with remote access to 24/7 care, as well as specialized services and medical equipment, so you feel empowered to safely and confidently manage your child’s care in your own space.
Advanced Care at Home will soon be available to kids and families throughout our footprint. We are currently enrolling children who have been discharged from ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Children’s Hospital in Orlando.
