Tina Holmes serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Office of the President at ÎÚÑ»ÊÓÆµ Children's. In this role, she partners with the executive leadership team to align the organization's resources with its mission to create the healthiest generations of children.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and organizational leadership, Tina brings deep expertise in strategy, operations, and executive management. Before joining ÎÚÑ»ÊÓÆµ, she served as Chief of Staff at Mayo Clinic. She also served as Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor for the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings and served as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where she was an integral member of the executive leadership team for 20 years.

Tina has extensive experience in driving organizational growth and change through strategic planning, portfolio management, crisis management, process improvement, and effective team leadership. As chief of staff, she prioritizes and coordinates the activities of senior executives to address significant institutional priorities and objectives. She specializes in building consensus, commitment, and cohesion among cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and move organizations forward.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University–St. Paul. Deeply committed to community service, she has volunteered on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Minnesota Chapter and 360 Communities, a Minneapolis–St. Paul nonprofit dedicated to violence prevention, academic success for children, and food security. After decades in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, she recently relocated with her family to Jacksonville, Florida.
