Meghan C. Livingston, JD is the Senior Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel at ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Children’s. In her role, Meghan oversees legal matters affecting the organization, including corporate, regulatory, and transactional issues. She also leads the Office of Contract Administration.

Before joining ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ, Meghan served as in-house counsel for Genesis Healthcare, a large post-acute care provider, and practiced at Stevens & Lee, P.C., where she focused on healthcare transactions as well as fraud, abuse, and regulatory matters.

Committed to advancing children’s health and community well-being, Meghan is a member of the American Health Law Association, a 2023 Leadership Delaware Fellow, and serves on the Advisory Board for Action for Delaware’s Children.

Meghan earned her law degree from Penn State Law and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from University of Delaware. She is based in the Delaware Valley.
